Steam Injector

Steam injectors are used to increase the temperature level of fluids or water. The mechanism of the steam injector pulls the cold liquid, combines it with vapor within the injector case and dispenses the same heated liquid in the tank. Steam injectors ensure correct temperature control during the process which is good to save energy and assure quality of final product. Steam injectors are widely used in heavy industrial heating requirements, for boiler feed tank and other hot water processes like liquor/process fluid heating and dye liquor preparation in textiles.

Indo Anushka is known for THERMOJECT – a steam injector specially designed with efficient mixing chamber that ensures maximum heating with minimum steam consumption. They are designed to inject steam into tanks of water or process liquor to ensure efficient heating of the tanks. Features of THERMOJECT are:

Ensures practically no wastage of steam with least noise pollution during its working

Operation :Thermojects are designed to inject steam into tanks of water or process liquor to ensure quiet and efficient heating of the tank contents. The THERMOJECT draws in cold liquid as a result of vacuum created due to the specially designed nozzle, mixes it with the steam within the inbuilt Thermoject mixing chamber and distributes the hot liquid throughout the tank.

Sizes :The Thermoject are available in three sizes, 15NB, 25NB and 40NB.

Material of constuction : M.S. / SS 304 / 316 / 316L / PTFE.
