Flash vessel is equipment used in any steam plant for flash evaporation recovery system. Usually high pressure condensate is reduced to lower pressure and is separated in the flash recovery system to prevent pollution of boiler feed tank or heat transfer surfaces. Flash vessel is often referred to as flash drum. The re-vaporization forms flash steam which is even called partial vapor at low pressure which could be free of cost used for other applications that involve low pressure process or heating requirements.

Y Strainer as the name suggest is a Y shaped filter with wire net as a medium to act as a filter. Small to heavy industrial units use this kind of Y strainers in the process line to filter solid particles that are bigger than the size of the wire net and are trying to surpass in the process line. Such kind of mechanism is essential in the working of any kind of pumps. Y strainers are economical and can help in removing large debris. They can be installed both in horizontal and vertical process lines. Y strainers are essentially used in pressurized process lines, gas or liquid, but can also be used in suction or vacuum conditions.

Indo Anushka manufactures Y strainer popularly known as MAINTENO which is fitted with ball type configuration blow down valve with manual handle or pneumatic actuator for automation provided for online cleaning by self-flushing principle. Sight glass is usually a plastic or glass tube though which the liquid contained and the flow of the liquid in the tank or boiler could be observed. The tube or the sight glass is connected to the bottom and top of the tank or boiler to get exact reading about the level of liquids. The level of the fluid is the same as that it is in the tank or boiler. Sight glass is designed to give view of the fluids in the tank or boiler from all the angles. Sight glass is constructed of an acrylic cover consisting of a metal frame, a glass tube and a pair of PTFE brushes and washers.

Indo Anushka Multiview Sight Glass, are fabricated type window sight glass for application over a wider range of pressure and temperature. Specially designed anti-torque assembly is used in the view glass housing for longer life of the view glass and preventing any kind of damage during installation and replacement of the view glass.
